Is Mold the Hidden Cause of Your Health Problems?

You’ve done everything to restore your hormone levels, but you still don’t feel like yourself. Could mold be the cause? Maybe you’ve been focusing on healing your gut and balancing your hormones when, all of a sudden, gut issues pop up again. Whether it’s SIBO, IBS, Crohn’s, or Candida, something just feels off. You’re stuck in a cycle of unexplained symptoms, wondering why you keep running into new health issues.

Mold exposure is sneaky. You may not even realize that your health problems are connected to it. But it can wreak havoc on your body, especially on your hormones. Many people suffer without ever knowing that mold is the root cause of their symptoms.

As someone who has gone through mold exposure four times, I understand how tough it is. I’ve walked this path myself and helped my family and clients get through it too. Their unexplained rashes, fatigue, and other symptoms cleared up once we addressed mold exposure.

How Mold Affects Your Body

Mold exposure doesn’t just stop at annoying symptoms like a stuffy nose or skin irritation. It can lead to serious health problems, including hormonal imbalances. For women, mold can interfere with the balance of steroid hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. This imbalance can result in irregular menstrual cycles, PMS, endometriosis, and even early menopause.

High levels of estrogen caused by mold exposure can lead to weight gain, breast enlargement, and a depressed mood. Mold can be responsible for so many of these unexplained symptoms, which is why it’s essential to look at mold as a potential root cause.

I support women dealing with mold exposure by coaching them through functional nutrition and lifestyle changes as well as getting rid of unwanted symptoms. These shifts are crucial for getting your body back on the path to healing. I do this by working with them 1-on-1 and as a part of my group coaching program in my Course. Staying Healthy While Traveling with Mold Exposure

If you’ve been dealing with mold-related health issues, traveling can be challenging. Trust me, I know! When my health was at its worst due to mold exposure, traveling slowed me down. But now that I am further along in my healing, I’ve learned how to travel without triggering my symptoms.

Traveling in extreme heat can put extra stress on your body, especially if you’re still healing. Here are a few go-to tips that help me stay well while on the move:

👉 Electrolyte sticks: I love Metagenics Lemonade Electrolyte sticks. They’re easy to carry, sugar-free, and contain magnesium and potassium. You can find them on Fullscript, and I’d be happy to help set you up with a free account.

👉 Cooling towels: These are a lifesaver in the heat! You just wet them, and they stay cool for hours. They even come with a plastic bag and a clip for easy travel.

👉 Cooling fans: I use a fan that rests on your neck like headphones and blows cool air. These are perfect for keeping cool on hot days.

👉 Eat water-rich foods: Staying hydrated through food is a great way to avoid dehydration. Snack on watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries, pineapple, and peaches while you’re out.

👉 Deep breathing: When the heat gets overwhelming, take a moment to breathe deeply. This has helped me regulate my system and avoid nausea.

👉 Take breaks: Find shaded areas or indoor spots to rest, especially in the middle of the day when it’s hottest.

Uncovering the True Root Cause

It took me years to connect my health issues to mold. I went from one doctor to the next, trying to figure out what was wrong, but no one pointed to mold. Many people think mold is just a household problem, something you can spray with bleach. But that’s not the case! In fact, using bleach on mold can actually make it grow and spread.

Mold exposure is serious, and it affects more than just your home—it can damage your health. That’s why I’m passionate about educating others on the dangers of mold and how to handle exposure. My recorded webinar is all about helping people understand the impact of mold on their bodies and what practical steps they can take to heal. Click here to watch it now.

In the webinar, I’ll share tools and resources that you can start using today. I’ll also explain how mold exposure can cause chronic health issues, affect your hormones, and what to do if you’re exposed again in the future.

Don’t let mold silently ruin your health. It’s time to get to the root of your symptoms and take control of your well-being!
